I can’t imagine working anywhere besides The Academy… I love my babies and feel like my work is my family. Our Directors truly care about their employees and allow us a balance of work and home. We are treated well and enjoy many perks such as special breakfasts, employee outings and elaborate parties. I always feel appreciated!
